While experimenting with ways to make goauche paint more like oil paint, I stumbled over some J-Lube I'd purchased for some, uhm, other purposes. It does not keep the paint moist for longer as I had hoped. However the paint handling feels as slippery as oil. Reactivating dried goauche seems to be easier. I like to believe that blending gets smoother than with water alone. Will definitely make more experiments with this..
J-Lube is a powder wich turns into lube if you add water. It's cheaper than ordinary water-based lube, so you can make a whole guy slippery at little expense.
